SWISH has the responsibility of ensuring it delivers responsive tenant, property and maintenance services and tenants have the responsibility of ensuring that they maintain their property and pay their rent when it is due. Tenant HandbookSWISH's Tenant Handbook provides you with the information to assist your tenancy with SWISH. Every tenant receives a Tenants Handbook when they sign a tenancy agreement with SWISH. Policies and ProceduresOur Policy and Procedures Manual details our Tenant Management policies. These policies guide SWISH's decision about allocating, managing our housing and meeting the changing needs of our tenants. Appeals and ComplaintsYou can appeal or complain about decisions we have made in allocating and managing which you believe are wrong or unfair. Tenants SurveySWISH seeks feedback from tenants through our Annual Tenants Survey. This is one of the best ways to ensure we continue to provide high quality housing services. Since 2006 SWISH undertakes Annual Tenants Surveys. Our quality services delivery is evident by the consistently high tenant satisfaction.
