Making a Bequest
Thank you for taking the time to find out about leaving a bequest to SWISH. By leaving a gift in your will to SWISH we can together ensure that future generations are provided with affordable and sustainable housing.
A bequest can be in the form of:
- A gift of cash
- A percentage of your estate, property or
- Shares in the residue of your estate.
If you would like to make a lasting gift to SWISH you may wish to use the following words as befits the situation:
| "I give and bequeath to South West Inner Sydney Housing Cooperative Ltd for the use and purposes of the said company, the sum of xxxxxxxx/the residue of my estate/% of my estate (include which ever is appropriate), free of all death and estate duties and the receipt of the said company shall be a sufficient discharge to my Executors." |
