About SWISH

The South West Inner Sydney Housing (SWISH) Cooperative mission is to build sustainable communities through the provision of affordable housing for low to moderate income earners.

SWISH has achieved growth provider status and is a Type 1 Grade A housing provider, the highest grading, under the NSW Community Housing Performance Registration System and a registered charity.

 We are a member of the NSW Federation of Housing Associations and part of an network of 50 housing associations operating throughout NSW.

Where we operate

SWISH's operations currently cover the inner metropolitan area of Sydney, inner city, inner west and the eastern suburbs. We operate across the eight (8) local government areas: Ashfield, Botany Bay, Canada Bay, Leichhardt, Marrickville, Randwick, Sydney City, and Waverley.
